ya forgot about the ladders

the ladders are important, which ones to get, which size, which colour, which one has more steps

oh and then Health and Safety would be invovled cos of the dangers of changing the bulb on a ladder that does not meet OSHA standards

Did anyone try the switch to make sure the bulb was really burned out in the first place?

Add a few for people who double post because they didn't read the thread to see if it had been posted =)

So, How long does it take the users to change the bulb, lamp, tube, thingy at this speed?

06/28/2008 01:16:55 AM · #31
2 who don't post anything until the thread hits the Rant section.
06/28/2008 01:25:31 AM · #32
If a light bulb does not work, why do they not call it a "dark bulb"? Only "dark bulbs" need changing.

I'm quite sure every forum has one.

me too! oh wait that doesn't makes sense, oh well posting anyway! Light bulbs Rock!!!

yeah, me three. Long live the lamps!

There's a very delicate filament in there. Rocking can shorten the life of the bulb.

Maybe the lightbulb is happy as it is and doesn't want to change. What right do we have to force our expectations on it, and what longterm damage will that do to the bulb?

Too funny! I changed a light bulb (globe, tube, glowy shiny thingie through which electricity flows) this morning but failed to take a picture of the action. Sorry 'bout that.

THE ONE to point out there is no bulb ! just like there was no spoon.
06/28/2008 07:04:49 AM · #42
You can see in the dark with a spoon?
06/28/2008 07:16:00 AM · #43
lets just not get started on the spoon here. it takes 3 movies and more to bring it out of dark.... if indeed needed , it should have a dedicated thread. huh . there is no bulb though.

since this is a photography site, shouldn't this be about flashtubes?

You mean flashbulbs, don't you? Or camera-mounted flashes?

Maybe it is like the "is there a sound if no one hears it" thing. If a light goes out, then it's dark, and you can't see it. Therefore it does not exist- or does it?
Will someone please enlighten me?

Well duh... If there is no light, there is no light. But is a lightbulb a darkbulb if it is not lit?

It is better to burn a single filament than to curse the darkness, grasshopper...
