It was great, a bit of rain in the morning, but mostly dry. There were 11 members present for the gtg. Hope everyone had a great time.

| I had a great time and can't wait to do it again. I'm thinking in the fall and maybe in the Stowe area as I know of a great hike to a waterfal up there. I'm just now starting to download the shots from today. Will post later. |

| annig, stargazer,&randoD300 and myself all had a wonderful time. Annig thinks we should all enter a photo of the Snowy Owl in the free study this month-HAH !!! |

Well folks - Here is the crew from the GTG. The Roses all had a blast. Eleven DPC members, and four or five others, including my boys that will soon be users/ members...
I'll post some more in a bit, but wanted to get this one up first.

Can someone tell me which kind of owl this is- he is the small one, right up close to the front of the enclosure.

Hey Pat, this would be the Saw Wheet Owl. I'm not sure of the spelling but that is what he is. He was just way too cute, and for those that don't know they are the smallest owl at about 4 inches tall and about 4oz. in weight. I will post shots as soon as I have done some work on them. Again, I had a great time.

I truly am sorry I missed this GTG... and I was soooooooooooo ready for it too.
Lovely photos folk... it looks like a good time was had by all.
Rained all day Saturday here, but I did manage an outing on Sunday and took some photos at a powwow.
Looking forward to the next GTG... hopefully my back problems will have been cured by then.
