Can I do it with Photoshop?

not via the watermark filter...but using script...
the watermark filter makes you sign up for Digimark..I am not interested in paying anything.

Any free ideas?

Thank you. I am still new..and always forget about those tutorals. They are a great help..I took my first 3 minute exposure (nighttime) because of them.

Thanks again.

I do the following two types of watermarks with Photoshop.

I have each watermark (source file) saved off into their own PSD file and simply drag them into a photo onto a separate layer. This can all be "action-ized" for automation...

.
Embossed/glow watermark . . . . . . Signature watermark

I am only worried about it..because under the server I am making my website on...they 'reserve the right' to use your images ROYALTY FREE. (hosted by yahoo, but a small biz site)

so..I will just water mark the crap out of them...they can use that..plus a low-res file...royalty free. :)
