Well, if only you talented fotogs had my (weird) ideas this challenge entry may of ribboned!
Great idea, sadly lacking in the execution! All done by myself, five nights to create the mask and just 2 'shoots' that took 30 minutes each to dress up, silly bugger used 'Hard as Nails' to stick the stones on my hand and face but gladly removing them only caused bleeding once (I learn quickly). I'm as blind as a bat without my glasses so it was really difficult to get the mask/arm on and to strike the right pose. This isn't an "I should have scored higher" post, moreover its an "I should have done better" post - we all learn from our mistooks (I hope). Too much preperation and not enough execution!
However, maybe I can redeem myself with this 900+ image vid of how I created Itzli? And, may I suggest you don't drink whilst watching it (don't watch it if you don't have sound turned on either).

Oh,  talj has seen this vid and knew it was shot over 5 days, I only wore the T-Shirt for the shoot (honest)

Story of my life peeps, good idea - poorly executed and whilst difficult to do alone it was fun and have a cool vid showing my pain lol
Art, that straight jacket gives me an idea for another project lol.

Crazy daddy-o, I loved it.
Just the thing I like to see, and no doubt from you, the creativeness our mind comes up with and how to execute.
Awesome job, next time get a cheap production assistant to help.

The mask is incredible and way to go on the vid too Andi! I've watched it a couple of times now, always cool to see behind the scenes stuff.

Wow. You'll have to save some self-destructive idea for when you come here next April for the MS Walk, so I can watch you execute it in person. :)

I wonder how many images it would take to 'record' the walk...think maybe the video camera would be better for that LOL |
