I frequently want to reply to a comment I receive in a challenge ("how did you do that?", "Is that a ...", etc...) but don't want to respond during the challenge for fear of breaking the anonymity, influencing votes, etc... It turns out that I frequently intend to come back an answer them, but in reality, rarely follow through.
It would be nice to be able to have the system queue replies to comments made during a challenge until after the voting period has ended. Ideally, this would be an option similar to "hide commenter's names until after voting".
Edit:
It would be nice to be able to revise or cancel them while queued too.

Great idea! Not just for the reasons stated, but just think - I could queue up a months worth of inane, nonsensical, smart-ass comments and then I could go on vacation and still have my comments trickle in automagically! I love it. |

Sorry Art, they'd have an auto-filter for yours.
(actually, I rate "art comments right after "posthumous comments" which are my favourites) |
