		| | Regarding this picture

What are the steps to give this result? I've been messing with photoshop, but can't seem to get the perfect one.

		| | ah thanks alot!
now another question. skin tone.. it's pink so its red, so i can't really grey that out very well. anyone got tips on that part?

like say a girls face. Red lipstick, but you ONLY want the red lipstick part.

is it possible to do this wo/spot editing?

Makeup. If you clown out the face it would be no problem.

I had to buy a neon colored bandaid, otherwise the skin colored one would not have been legal.

		| | Have her wear a different coloured lipstick - like blue. Then change the hue to red once you've desaturated the image. |

		| | i had to desaturate in several different steps. After the first desaturation I adjusted the color just enough to turn the pink in her skin a different shade....then desaturated all but red again. Otherwise...the red in his shirt would not have been there. The image was DQ'd because i did not send in the original file...not for breaking photoshop rules. :) |
