Hey folks, in the course of my work as a children's portrait photographer I have been sent to North West Western Australia twice. It knocked my socks off, visually. I would like to share with you some of the photos I took up there, who knows, you might like to visit some time.

My North West portfolio

Enjoy!

I'm a Victorian and I've been desperate to get to Broome - was hoping to go this year - have you been there?

Nice images. I spent a couple of weeks up there about 15 years ago and have always wanted to return..........mmmm I still dream about the Thai style chilli mud crabs in the Broome restaurants.

Yes I have been to Broome, didn't get any decent photos there, was too busy working. It's very touristy, some nice cultural things from the pearl diving industry though. I preferred Port Hedland really.

Never been to Australia, but have read about the vast expanses in the West. I envy you your travels there. I want to get to Shark Bay and the Bungle Bungles some day. I wish you had shot someone standing beside one of those termite mounds. How big are those things??

Unfotrunately I was alone. Didn't think about breaking out the tripod. They are about 3 feet high and 4 feet wide.
