I took these shots on a recent snowboard trip. It's probably what the world would look like from 35,000ft up with your eyes a mile apart!

Cool 3D shots, they look inverse to me tho.

Hmmmmm, the top image appears to be backwards or something. It looks like the mountain peaks are pointing down when I get the 3d effect going. the bottom one seems fine. Weird.
Am I the only one?

yeah, put them the other way so we can use the cross-eyed technique, it's much easier.

If you transpose the two shots then it'll work for you - I'm what's known as a wall eyed viewer apparently. I don't know how to view them the other way round. Check out the thread which explains how to view them the other way round. ;)

thanks. I can view them easily the cross eyed way and not at all the other way. :) Sure is wierd. It looks good now! I love stereograms

Thats better. Does the Walleye way cause as much pain when looking at the photos????? LOL Gonna have to check, cause now I have a headache. Thanks a lot! (:

'Wall eyed' is really relaxing. It's that state of vision you get when gazing into space at nothing in particular - much less effort. What do you do to view them cross-eyed? (Yes I know it sounds obvious!)

Yes, cross-eyed.
I was a little too close I think. When I backed up,,it wasn't so hard to get focused...was more relaxed.
Wall eyed - This may sound funny, but when I'm in the john sitting there looking at the tile floor, I can get it to look 3d as well. Same kind of thing? Relax my eyes and let the pattern kinda float above where it actually is. It will all of a sudden come into focus and looks like I can see through it.
