Does anyone know of a website that: a)does challenges with rankings/scores and b)separates entries by point and shoot vs. DSLR (or, is exclusively P&S)? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure that there are any. I would imagine most photographers who are serious enough about entering challenges, learning more about how to improve their photography REGARDLESS of equipment, don't really care if they have a P&S (Due to lack of funds) or a DSLR. I think most sites would be DSLR & P&S or just DSLR...
You could always try a side challenge using only P&S

| That does make sense, as to why most sites would be not simply P&S. |
