For the week of February 24-March 1, Team Suck awards the OOBIE for best out-of-the-box entry in a recent challenge to Alain for his entry in Misunderstanding:

Congratulations, Alain! |

Thanks a lot for the OOBIE, this is really appreciated.
The picture did not score very welll but I got some of the best comments that I ever received on this pic and this is worth more than a high score. :)

I noticed that -- I agree. I really like photos like this of one thing which can easily be imagined to be another. If, as it seems, the OOBIE becomes one of the more truly-coveted awards around here, it may have a beneficial effect on the kind/diversity of photos we see -- congratulations on receiving yours.
I also sensed the shape of a back and the Yin/Yang effect in your photo. It reminded me of an old photo of mine ... Sandy Ripples |

Yay, I'm delighted that this got the Oobie - it is a photo in a million, and as with Karmat, I can't really say why! |
