Hi All,
Just posted some pics from today's excursion to the Jurong Birdpark in Singapore. View them here.
These were all shot with the Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro lens. All hendheld, no flash used. Comments very much appreciated.

Edit: Corrected link to refer to new location

Thanks for sharing! That pigeon has to be one of the most beautiful birds I've ever seen. Wow!

WOW
The colors are beautiful! Great shots and really exotic birds. Not sure which I like the best the best. I hope you'll make a few prints.

Hey thanks John!
Many of these were running about free in large aviaries, so no available signage to refer to. In any case, I only had about two hours there, so very little time to take notes either!

Congratulations! Nice shots, I love the color :)

I guess the only question is what the heck are you doing in "Singapore"?
Or is this a different Singapore :)

Thanks very much for the kind words everyone, hope you all enjoyed the pics. Now that I'm home I see that I need to tweak the color on a few of them; I had edited them initially on my laptop, which is a prescription for disaster.

@Caluvs:
Yep, I escaped Wisconsin for a week to Singapore (business); when I left Wisconsin it was Winter, and when I returned yesterday, magically it looked like Spring! But today it is snowing... *sigh*.
