Irene, I dunno who you want to go with, you decide, we only have a alternative spot open. Unless you where born in Scotland then you can't be on our team and can be on the English Team. |

For those who are just replying to this thread to get added to a team, you may want to send cujee a PM. |

UPDATE
Okay guys, I am unsure what kind of format this tournament should be. It would rather be ELIMINATION or ROUND ROBIN. Or I can arrange some sort of POOL system. But I have no idea how to do that, so if we did do a POOL system, I would need lots of help arranging it and doing all that mathematical statistical mumbo jumbo :P |

I think you have got something mixed up at the Icelandic team
1. ragga2000
2. hauxon
3. unneva
4. russi
5. brin
6. tuborg
7. oskar
-in reserve- (as far as I know)
8. structor
9. birkin
10. karinn

Jon as long as you keep updating the first thread with the current team members I will keep track of the stats.
I would suggest that since we are getting a ton of people now that we just go for highest average. I know that you originally said that you didn't want to do seeded comps. which is fine we can pair up teams by random hat draw or something. Both teams will get a final challenge score for the week and te top 3 teams at the end will be our winners.
OR
We do eliminations from a hat draw and go from there.

Crap. There's an Iceland team? Maybe their jersey can just be one large ribbon. :P Btw, I'll work on more of the jerseys/banners later but first I need to shoot for Bread/Panning since I'm in the Enzo Tourney which I almost forgot about.

Yeah it seems elimination is the best way to go. |

Hey cujee, DrAchoo has been running the about to be completed League of Death Tournament, and is currently also running the Save Enzo Tournament -- both are elimination format. You might want to touch base with him if you feel like you need any advice for running the DPC Olympics.
BTW, thanks so much for organizing this. |

I was reading the League of Death one, and if I 'got' it (which I am not sure I did) then basically, one person will only be allowed to play and then eliminated if they lose, so the team will be one down (and one person only gets to play once?). IS that right??? Cos if that is right (which again, I am not sure if it is) that seems pretty pointless in having teams, it would have been better just to have done this individually.
Again, I am not sure if I read or understood it correctly though.

Well no. Instead of just having one person play, the whole team plays and the highest average score among the 2 teams goes to the next round. |

I'd like it more like the DPL. Round Robin then the top 3 face off or something like that. Depends on how long we want this to go on for.
