Here are a couple local factories. The first one is Climax, it's a Molybdenum plant. I'm not sure exactly what they do there. I always thought they mined it there, but according to an internet search we're not on the map! Across the street is Siemens, where they make the blades for the windmills, the latest trend in energy! I have yet to get a decent shot of that place.
The next one is Griffin Wheel. They manufacture the wheels for trains. They had some of the wheels sitting outside, but the sun wash shinning right on them and made it hard to look at, so I didn't get them in the picture.

went to Burlington yesterday, is a great little city, very pretty near Lake Champlain, it was snowing and struck me as another blah winter day so when I saw this spring surpirze, I just had to click it! 
Church St is a lovely market place, runs about 10 city clocks closed to traffic, so you can really cruise and people watch, only not so much when it's snowing out and early am (11ish) 
then I drove to the lakefront and ended up "somehow" 4 wheeling with my minivan down the snowfillrd bikepath, without a means of escape! When I finally got to the drivable end, I did catch a lovely image of the lakefront at North Beach 
and then I buried my front end, literally 12inches from the pavement...and THAT is another story!
PS hey all! I am trying to make sure I catch all the images posted here and to comment, even if they are late a bit. If I have skipped over any of yours, please dont take offense & I wouldnt be put out if you PM'd me and let me know so I can be thorough..
life is only going to get more interesting (ie HECTIC) this next week as we will be on break with the kiddies, at the indoor water park in Lake George, NY and then to NYC for a bit of urbanstyle and the Lion King on Broadway Fri the 29th! (man are my kids spoiled! hheheh..I love it all as much(MORE!) as they do!

Day 23 - The reprocessed roster

Finally getting my moon eclipse shots up for Day 23. This was taken over Lake Ellis in Marysville, Ca at about 6:15 pm just as the Earth' shadow was beginning to move over the moon.
Later I got this shot of the moon just beginning to come out of the shadow. I cloned the star/planet and moved it closer to the moon for this crop, but not all that far, really.

The annual "Swamp Cabbage Festival" is in progress here this weekend. I went down town for lunch and a few shots at the bikes here for the bike run, and the cars here for the car show, then at near dark, went out to the mud hole with my son and grandson and his mom. It was a fun day to have a good camera.
