| One of DPCs old timers had a very simple model release. Does anyone remember where it is? I can't find the old thread. |

Model Release with just the models signature
Model Release with Parents signature for minors
Don't know the threads you are referring to, but this is a simple model release I have been using.. feel free to modify it and use it if it works for you!
