I'm wondering if earliest memory has to come from childhood? How about the first memory after a night of drinking?

Nobody bit ... so here's the answer:
Well the first thing you know ol' Jed's a millionaire,
Kinfolk said Jed move away from there
Said Californy is the place you ought to be
So they loaded up the truck and moved to Beverly.

Just in case your earliest memory is the last bottle of tequila you drank, here are some other ideas to plagiarize ... |

My first memory is doing a floor puzzle with my brother while the cartoon Mighty Mouse was on. I think Mighty Mouse was my very first love. I had a crush on himmmmm. |

My earliest memory is more a photo snapshot of a floral wall, from out of either a pram or cot. It's a fuzzy photo in my head and really boring subject material - wish my first memory was a bit more photogenic :(

I'm definitely finding this challenge challenging - for me the hardest one to date, including Time Lapse. By the looks at the number of entries other people are too. Nice to be really challenged...but I need a do-able idea and pronto!!! I'm really lost for ideas, even making up an earliest memory (which seems like a cheat).
I can't even shoot Debbie's chest as my 'if I can't make anything else work, boobies will do' strategy as she's never going to let me!! :)
Looks like it might have to be another dodgy DIY home studio effort on the lightbox but still life for this seems wrong (i.e. interpersonal images/emotions etc might be a better voter connector than objects).

Well, I'm in. It's not *absolutely* honest, as my earliest memory (and a vivid one it is, too) is of being left at the hospital to die at age 2-and-a-half, a ring of doctors in gowns and masks looking down at me as I lay on my back, a spinal tap needle poised in mid-air, and my father turning away in tears. I had no way to make this shot within the time constraints. But I actually DO have another, very early memory that was shootable, and I went with it. Got a halfway-decent picture. Good luck to me, and everyone :-)

I have a very early memory, but I think the shot is kind of boring.
I would be surprised if it does well (but on the other hand, that is true of almost all of my pictures ;-) ). |

Geez. That would have surely won if you shot it. Mine is based on my earliest memory but unfortunately that memory doesn't have much wow factor to it. |
