| I have a friend that just purchased a Sony Cybershot H7, it was a floor model so he got it for $225.00. He called to see what I could find out about these cameras. I could not find this particular camera listed on DPC so I was wondering if anyone had any experience or thoughts about this camera and or things to watch out for with a floor model (he has cleaned and inspected the lens and there are no scratches). He does have a 14 day return window so any information would be helpful including other cameras that may be better at that price point. |

| I have no idea about the quality of the camera or it's image quality but i would be a bit leary of a floor model. I would venture to say that a floor model in a major chain store could get up to hundreds of shutter clicks a day wearing the cmaera down. The price seems good for that model upon a quick amazon search. |

I agree, the wear and tear is hard to guage, it may not matter, he called and said the flash is not working they way it should so it looks like it may be going back anyway. Any advice for the price range would be helpful. My guess is he will not go over the 300 mark. Thanks |
