The good news is that she saw this one and wants to try some more.. hopefully I can improve it :)

I'm a fan of corset piercings aesthetically, though I (who have had several body piercings) can't quite imagine having it done myself. This is a lovely and tasteful photo of this unusual type of piercing.

Is it just me who can't see this photo? I tried reloading a couple of times and still nothing.

(Mo stuff) I just realized that this is a really old thread so the image has probably been removed from its server. In any case, I'd like to see what you talked about if possible. :)

I think this is the photo in question...

I think its a beautiful photo, however I think it takes a "special" kind of person to do that to themselves, I'm definitely not one of those. The photo puts a pretty face on self mutulation.

Yikes, that looks quite painful. It is a well done photo, however and very nice in b/w.

From what I have been told, it's not as painful as one may imagine. There are apparently not a lot of concentrated nerve endings in that area...

Well, since the thread came back up again -- did you ever get a chance to do another photo-shoot, as you alluded to earlier?

I did a couple more shoots with her, but not of that piercing. She only kept that in for a few weeks.

Surface piercings like that one tend to migrate pretty quickly anyway -- which is to say, they'll remove themselves in a relatively short period of time.

Definitely. This one was done for show and for a short period of time. This girl is an aerobics instructor and coulnd't keep them in long anyway.
