Did you get them today?!?!? I sent yours and Karma's out on Monday (sorry for the delay!!!) They should be there tomorrow at the latest I suspect.

Everyone is credited on every page. The photogs are credited on the image and the models are credited in the blank spaces at the beginning or end of every month. I used the names that were sent to me via e-mail. Those spaces also lead everyone back to the blog to read the full story on every survivor.

Now I'm wondering if I did not send you Ellen's name? Her mom said it was not there and I really am hoping that she just missed it.

so glad you got em! I thought it was gonna take forever. I mailed yours, and Dave's, AND MAX'S out on the same day, and his their's must be stuck in the clogged tubes.... LMAO..

Sorry Dave AND MAX! ;)

You ment that you mailed mine out then too right? Yah that's it you mailed mine out as well. The snow tubes can't be clogged it's been 46f (12c) here and it's usually -32, so all the snow has melted in our neck of the woods.

So now I'm laying on the floor pitching a fit like a four year old at the supermarket in the cereal aisle, and my Mom said no to the Sugar coated frosting balls. "I WANT THEM NOW" I scream, "I want my Sugar coated frosting balls (calendars), I want them now!!!"

Hope all is well with you and yours Erica I feel so much better for getting that out of my system. At this rate we WILL have time to teach our son Calebs' Bird to call out for the letter carrier "Mail's here" :-}

Glad to hear that they are getting into some of your hot little hands. Remember one and all SELL, SELL, SELL.

MAX!

Dont worry on that. I have accurate records. When the money is donated, and at this point I am not sure when that will be since I have about 240 more calendars to sell... everyone will get a copy of the donation reciepts. What I will do is divide the donations by the 12 of us and submit one for each in honor of their survivor. So then you will be able to use that portion of the donation.

Do I make sense?!?

Nono, I mean when the photogs sell their calendars, they need receipts to show how many they sold and how many they gave away. It's about accountablitiy... I don't want someone coming back later and saying, "Well, yadayada bought 60 calendars and sold them off the back of a truck and pocketed the profits. No donation was made." You know what I mean. The receipts should be sent with the money to you.

I was actually wondering how to go about sending the proceeds. Someone will have to set up a system or at least advise about how to do this.
01/10/2008 09:14:12 AM · #241
I have a PayPal account, and a Google checkout, and don't mind using wire transfers to my bank (common in Europe - not sure about Canada / Australia?) Or just mail a check / money order.

I have a sheet made up in Excel, and just write in names, when they paid, and the number of calendars bought... How about we just keep selling until this order is gone, THEN decide? :D

I got mine the other day & it looks great, you guys all did a great job!!

Just a quick question, is the link going to continue being available to purchase more individually? I was thinking about giving the one I got to my friend that has been pretty big into volunteer work for the relay for life campaign & just wanted to see if people are interested in buying them if they can still order just one or if we would need a larger order. Thanks! :)

Yes, the link will stay up for quite some time as we are hoping to raise $25,000.00 from the sale of the calendar for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

So please tell all your friends and sell as many as you can for the cause.

MAX!
