Does anyone have a template they can email me to put together order forms for an event? maybe a generic order form you use where i can use the basic outline and just insert my Info?

just do something up in Excel. Typical order form - name/contact info, list of products with price, qty, total - at the bottom a total, tax, shipping and total due.
have them sign it -a one or two line release is usually enough. perhaps have a tear off at the bottom where you can write the total as a kind of receipt for them.

I suck at Excel even more so than Photoshop.

One of the joys of entrepreneurship is doing everything yourself! At least you know it's done right! LOL
I learned excel by needing to do something like this. Same for every other piece of software or gear I use.
You can do what you want in Word or even Photoshop, but I find Excel a lot easier.

If you are going to be doing event photography regularly, you might want to try out EXPOSURE MANAGER. I have been using this since September and it works very well. It paid for itself rather quickly also.
