| well,Â@almost 5.3. A really rushed job getting it shot and processed before I left for work ... was kind of expecting less than 5, but it's early days yet. |

Started well... after 5 votes a pleasing 6.2000... Then the votes rolled in and the score rolled down. In the 4.6 range now after 29. :(

It peaked at 5.8 (I know I got a couple of tens, and a comment from one of my favorite Canadians), but it has slipped to 5.4 after 28 votes :-(

I really want to know why I'm only doing a middling performance on my entry, I've gotten some extremely positive remarks on it elsewhere. No comments yet, however. Well, it doesn't suck like my "distance" or "half" entries, so that's a good thing.

I thought we were not allowed to post our entries elsewhere, lest we reveal which entry belongs to which user? Is this not the case?

I don't believe there is any rule saying you cannot post a photo at other sites - especially since the author of the comment did not tell us where it was posted.

There is no rule against posting entries elsewhere on the net. It isn't encouraged, but it happens all the time. At DPC you're supposed to keep your entries anonymous though.
As for using feedback from other sites to figure out how well your entry should do here, that doesn't work :) Different sites, different people, and the no competition/no theme factor makes feedback elsewhere very unreliable. |

| Just finished voting in this challenge. There were so many suicide images (some well executed, some not) that I'll be watching carebears videos for the next 2 hours simply to recover. |
