I am in need of a 10" x 30" photo frame to put a pre-printed collage. Any idea where I can look. I haven't had much success so far.

Try arts and crafts stores like Michael's or AC Moore (those are the ones on the east coast), I know there is a chain in the south called Hobby Lobby. They all have frames that come by side (so you buy the 10 inch side and then you buy the 30 inch side and you put it together.
Good luck.

Check around town to see if there are any locally owned framing shops.

They will be more willing to work out a deal for repeat business than the larger chain stores.

You won't find a 10x30 ready-made frame anywhere. It's not a standard size. You can go to a place like AC Moore or Hobby Lobby and buy the metal or wooden frame pieces in those lengths and put it together yourself though. You will have to get a piece of glass cut for it and then you will be set...
