Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM

Just got huey but when I plug it in to the USB it says that the device is unknown so windows doesn't recognize it. Do I have a faulty huey? Any suggestions? Its not the usb - all other plugged in devices work.

go to the website and download the latest drivers. Then restart, plug it back in and see if it works.

Huey's website? Been there - do not see any drivers just updates.

Sorry this may be a dumb question: Did you install the software first? Or did you plug it in first?

Vista requires the update to 1.0.5 and that is a free download on the site.
