Any DCP'er going to the Indy this year?

I'm all for going but the ticketing terms and conditions have me a bit worried. The main attraction for me is to take photos. (section 7 for those playing at home)

It specifically states that you cant put photos on the Net. How serious is that? And what is Domestic purposes?

Any thoughts?

I wish I could go and see the V8s. But I cant.
