When the picture is so bad one of the councile members turns the image face down to spare anyone looking at it... and your score goes up.

When you go to Save for Web and your photo is sooo "sharp" you need to save at 50% quality before it is under 150 kb.

when your the first entry and look at it for a week before the challenge starts convincing yourself bit by bit how great it is.
