BTW, just how tall are you?! :) |
I am 5'9"...looks tall because everyone else is short.
Anyway, I was surprised by the amount of research they have done. Never thought they would feature other pictures I couldn't even remember.
I am glad you are taking time to view the clip...
Thanks a lot again.

manny, wonderful interview, very inspirational. One question i have if you don't mind. As you were a teacher there and photography is a hobby, how much time did you devote to your hobby? and how did this affect/integrate with your day job?

Manny,
This is wonderful :) I don't even know what to say other than kudos! I really love your closing comment in the "His Advice" section at the end of the interview. Photography comes from the heart rather than the head... I don't believe you could have said anything more insightful than that :)
Your photography also targets the heart, which will give your art longevity. I have enjoyed watching your progression as an artist through the work you have posted here.
Keep up the great work :)

Ok, well, I might be the only one here who likes what you do, Manny, but I don't care. I'll go out on a limb and say that regardless of what all these other folks are saying, Manny, I am a fan. There, I said it. LOL
What could I possibly say. You are unquestionably among the best in the world and you are clearly a down-to-earth, life-loving guy with much, much well deserved admiration including mine. Great interview and just a fantastic [early] body of work with much more to come I am sure. :)

I'm proud to know you through DPC. I could line my walls with your emotive and varied choice of subjects. The colours and light are inspirational. Congratulations. I so enjoyed watching not only captures I had yet to see, but your humble interviews. You are a true artist. |

Thanks for sharing this! I have watched some of it and will get to it later, but I did not hear you mention DPC specifically, only "the internet". Why is this?

I can't remember if I did mention any internet "community" that I am a member of . Possibly i did mention my 3 original communities: trekearth, treklens and dpchallenge but it was edited out.
