Or not. Not sure if this has been asked.

If I copied a photo from the forum, used ps and printed it out on a postcard size glossy paper it would come out nice (I wouldn't see any pixels). Now, if I take that photo and then scan it, would I be able to then somehow get a larger photo to work with? Or would the scanner be able to pick up the photos.

Seems like an odd question. I have no intentions of stealing photos. I ask because it just popped into my head on my way to work.

If the scanner did increase the resolution it would just be blurred... it isn't going to create any new pixels to work with. There are alot of ways to enlarge a digital image and get better results than you would doing that. I have Alien Skin Blow-Up, and it works well in most situations.
