If you're just converting from RAW to JPG, it shouldn't, I don't believe.

Even if it changed the DPI for some inexplicable reason it wouldn't affect the actual number of pixels in your images. These are the most important numbers to be aware of. The DPI can always be changed later to fit your printing requirements.
