Okay everyone this is great. I am very excited about seeing what everyone is going to put together.
 Art Roflmao really glad to see you here. Which BTW I have a picture for you that I think you might like, I'll post it during the challenge.
 WriteHeart My mind shuts down too somedays. If you don't post on that particular day it's okay just try and keep up with everyone. Once you finish all 30 days you will be so proud you did this. That's why I loved the B&W so much. :)
sherpet, and everyone else... I have added some rules to the challenge. If you view the original post you will see them, if you have any questions or thoughts let me know. I do have the edit button so I can change anything if need be. Thanks to everyone that plays along, there are going to be some OUTSANDING images.

| I wanna play. I'm not a member, so no portfolio, but I have a Flickr account and you can leave comments on there, if that's alright. I probably won't make through all 30 days either...but I'll give it a go. |

I will be more than happy to add you to the list. You don't need to be a member to join in the fun with this challenge. Just create a folder in your portfolio and name it B&W and you'll be ready to go.
From the top menu where it says "My home", just hold your mouse over it until the drop down menu pops up. when it does select "My Portfolio" and click it. When the screen comes up scroll down a little bit and you will see a folder with a plus sign next to it saying "New Collection", go ahead and click this. A text field will pop up and just type in the name you want. Mine is going to B&W 2; yours can be whatever you like. Then to upload the files just go to that folder and upload you’re black and white. If you have any ???'s please let me know. I am more than happy to help you out.

He's not a member so he doesn't have a portfolio.

| I'm a "she" but yes, no member = no portfolio. So I'll put the photos on Flickr, and post here when I update. I know how to do the thumbnails here, so that's no problem. |

I have so much angst at having dialup and not being able to comment on more than a half dozen or so before I get so frustrated I can't stand it, so your comment on at least one makes me feel that I can handle the parameters with no problem.
I just want to apologize up front for that anyway.......8>)
I'm even supposed to get a quote from the cable compant to run a line in......I'm afraid, but maybe if the neighbors will chip in....

| Can I ask a silly question? I have virtually run out of space in my portfolio, is there anyway of getting more. I don't want to have to remove too many of my photos from the site and when I first joined I am sure that there was a way to buy more space but i can't seem to find how to do it now. I am obviously going to need more room if I am posting 30 B+W shots. Cheers!! |

I know you can do it from here //www.dpchallenge.com/subscribe.php by selecting to renew a years subscription but I don't know how to when if say you're in the middle of your subscription. You could either go ahead and add another year with more space or send an email to the SC asking for more space.
