Was just reading an article about these. They look cool. I could see printing them as a bookmark or gift tag to package with my prints. :)

Here is the article that got my wheels going...

I got two packs when they first came out, and shall be ordering my third soon - I love them. I could send you a couple of sample ones, if you like, cindi.

When they started doing the mini-cards, Flickr had a promotion with them where you could get like 50 for free or something. They are neat, little guys.

I use them as business cards - people fight over them.

I got a pack of 100 made up, with 10 different designs on the pack,
folk have ended up swapping them and trying to collect them all.

Another cool idea might be one image spread across 5 or something.

Got to catch em all...

I just ordered a sticker book a few days ago with 90 different images of dogs and cats from volunteer work I do at the SPCA. Not sure if that will be practical for them to sell in their gift shop, but they look cool. And it's a small price to pay just to check 'em out. Looking forward to seeing the results.

The cool part of their very limited selection of products is the diversity of images you can print. Really neat stuff. I like Gordon's idea above about creating a sliced image across multiple cards.

I want to make a set as well just for fun after seeing them, just have not decided which images to use yet. Perusing the MOO flickr pool is a great way to see what others are doing with them.

what might be even more fun is to take half a dozen portraits in very similar conditions and make one of those sort of interchangeable head/ outfit type things and let people collect that...

I read that same article and sent a note to the author saying that I had to google Moo Cards to figure out what they were. She really should explain it in the article for those not in the know.

I just upgraded my flickr account to Pro, and got 10 free cards.
I'll see how they turn out.

I've heard of people using them as a wedding "save the date."
sounds like a cheap cool idea.

They are quite tiny though...Cut a normal business car in 3rd lengthwise.

if I got them as a save the date, Id certainly attempt to save the date, but id probably lose the card.

I love them! I think it was karmat who posted about them a while ago so I ordered a pack of 100. I use them to put in geocaches, they are so cute. Excellent quality too, I just used 640 x 480 photos I had uploaded to the web and like I said, excellent quality.

I got my moocards today! Yay! They're so cute! :D

Aren't they cute? I'm using them instead of business cards at my exhibition tomorrow, arranging them in a martini glass. :-)

Awesome idea! I ordered mine to use as business cards too - all of my contact info is on the back. They printed quite nicely! I'm surprised how thick they are, much thicker than a traditional business card. I even love the little plastic box they come in. :)

I've got to order another batch of 100, almost all of mine are gone (I've been putting them in geocaches).

Heh, neat! I wish I had time to get into geocaching, it sounds like such a neat hobby.
