No - only dust bunnies
See rule number one under May Not - Basic Rules set
You May Not:
spot-edit your entry, except to remove sensor dust or hot pixels

The only cloning in basic allowed is to remove sensor dust.

dang it, I forgot about the hot pixels. Had a couple in my toy entry I would have liked to get rid of!
