Share your sunsets.....
One from last night, shot with the Canon 1D Mark III and the Canon 100-400L lens, and cropped only slightly (mostly to straighten the image):
Edit to add: I meant to say that it was taken at the 400mm end of that lens. Also, the shutter speed ended up being 1/40th of a second, even at ISO 200. I braced the lens against the concrete barrier at the side of the road where I pulled over. But I still think it's a tad "unsharp" both due to being wide open (f/5.6 is wide open on the 400mm end of the lens) and because of the shutter speed.

I expect to have a lot of sunset shots over the coming months. My new apartment is west facing and all of the above were taken from my balcony. I wonder how quickly I will get bored of the view?
