It just took over 6 minutes to load the front page and I have broadband. This is unusable for me so I will try back in a few hours. besides, its snowing so I better get some photographs.

It would appear that the reinvigorate.net website is currently offline, thus any http requests to it (including the one embedded in the DPC front page) are hanging, waiting for the connection to timeout before the rest of the page is rendered. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do about this, since reinvigorate.net is not under DPC's control.
