New pics of the oldest and youngest...the middle one is away for a few days visiting my sister. I think these guys are pretty handsome but I'm kind of biased. ;)

Not the greatest pic ... but my baby, nonetheless. Gotta wait a couple weeks for an uptodate pic of our oldest son.

Just went to my family's GTG and I was the photographer for the night and took over 400 pictures. So here is one that I am very proud or happy of, I think by far this is the most difficult one I took with so many people in it. I count a hundred or more family members in this photo
So happy how it turned out to see it bigger click the link below. Was kind of hard getting the kids to be still.

WOW, big family! And I'm amazed that you got them all to coordinate their clothing. That's so unlike most families! (there's always someone who doesn't cooperate) I do see one guy with light tan pants, but close enough!
The image looks great.
I'd probably lighten the people on the left edge and a just a little bit on the right. There are many ways to do it. My first inclination would be to dupe the layer, set it to screen mode, ALT-click the mask icon at the bottom of the palette (which basically hides the screen-mode layer you just created), and then click on the black mask icon and then paint with white over the faces (and bodies, as necessary) of the people that you need to lighten. Don't use 100% when painting as that'll probably take it too far. But even when you're done, play with the opacity of the layer and you'll probably find that the best results are somewhere less than 100%.

I have to scan in this family portrait we took at my cousins wedding. Its a jab at the traditional - look away from the camera like something interesting is happening out of frame. So Im pointing, my dad is waving, my brothers are just gawking, and my mom is in the middle of us looking at the camera, caught in a huge laugh at how her whole family are assholes haha.
It came out so well, she used it as a christmas card, which essentially mocked every family that sent us something similar, but the "traditional" and serious version.
