the bad news .. cyclone warnings
the good news .. showers easing
more bad news ..nsw severe weather warning
the showers easing was for sydney on sunday .. it doesnt actually say 'easing' for the central coast ... but think positive i reckon ..
hopefully you can make better sense of these forecasts than i can ...
coz one is forcasting cyclones and one is saying there are going to be a few showers ... there is probably something very obvious that i am missing .. it happens all the time .. and altho the cyclone is predicted for a bit further north than were we will be, i would'v thought that area would be affected too??

i can tell you that the central coast at the moment is just like last weekend. Gale force winds and rain. I havent looked at the weather for tomorrow yet

Lisa I have just pm'd you my mobile number.

Just a suggestion - what if we gave the 5.30am start a miss(because if it is like it was today our cameras wouldn't stay on the tripods or see the sun rising because of the rain) and meet at say 9am for breakfast at Terrigal and then depending on how bad the weather is -either go out as planned or stay around drinking coffee and talking. This is only an idea

I'm up before the sun everyday and there have beens some magic skies at about 6.30 this week even with the bad weather
ok so a tripod may be out due to wind, but hand held at 6.30 should work
how about
6.30am meet for the keen ones like me :)
8.00am breakfast for the slack ones, which seems to be the girls ;p
then what ever...

if we leave breakfast till 9.00 you start to waste too much of the day by the time we all meet and decide where to go and what to eat etc. and you girls have to make some sort of commitment ;p

same meet place (out front of Crown Plaza) for both times????

Hi Guys, I've just managed to get onto a computer here in Terrigal. The forecast here is for clearing showers. It has been patchy here today with some sun shining through albiet only briefly. I'm glad I got a chance to check the revised times :-)
I'll see you guys at 6.30AM at the Crowne Plaza.

hi all ..
well, i reckon i'm gonna come, rain, hail, shine or cyclones ..
down my way today i was turned away going home coz of a river flooding .. heaps of pot holes coz of the heavy rains ... drive carefully you guys ..
hey keith, it appears that i'm slacker than slack, coz i wont be there at the crack of dawn, coz i dont want to get up in the middle of the night!!!!!! ... lol .. i'll try to leave home by 8.30am which might get me to the central coast about 11.30 or something ... i have no idea how long it takes, and i dont think i can get away any earlier ..
i'll just phone someone when i get onto the gosford exit off the motorway, and you can tell me where to go .... NICELY OF COURSE!!!!
i'm so looking forward to seeing you guys again ..
brett, i was going to phone you for a change today, but i was in the car and didnt want to get busted ..
