I know that's not a spectacular score, but this is only my second challenge and it's a higher score than my first challenge ever saw, so I'm thrilled with it! |

My goal this year is to hold onto a 7 + score which I can't seem to do. But I can't really complain too much because I've gotten a number of high 6's. Maybe more processing which I rarely do. But I would have to learn how first! |

I hope he did, it would give me hope. I just ordered that lens now that B&H has them in stock. If it is as good as the Sigma 105 2.8 Macro I'll be real happy. |

I didn't use the 30mm 1.4, but the Nikon 50mm 1.8...as for the 30mm 1.4, I love that lens! Perhaps nearly as good as the 105 2.8 as far as colour and contrast and crispness...98% as good in my opinion |

Holding a 7+ would be a nice thing to do, but would be really nerve wracking. Just get your 7 like I did (once)...just keep rising until late on the last day. That way, you aren't disappointed when it goes away.

Lol I didn't use any neat image, and I got nailed for it... It's all good. I have a crappy lens.

I upped my contrast specifically for DPC and it still wasn't enough. Next thing you know I'll just chop out the midtones completely and see what happens. |

I see so many complaints about no comments...and about not making those comments useful. I just tried to help everyone by saying what I saw and maybe giving some 'helpful' advice. Sorry to everyone for being truthful.
Next time I will either coat it with sugar or just not bother at all. |
