They look pretty legit to me... I can hear it now, "Mommy can I ride my bike?" "Sure sweety, just stay on the driveway."

Either they get a lot of flooding or they own an auto repair shop that they hope to get business from scrapped car bottoms.
They're really nice looking houses.Where were the shots taken?

Ideal for roll starting your car in the morning when it doesn't start :)
I wonder if those houses have basements?

Definitely hope it never snows there, or even gets cold enough to freeze. Not to mention, even rain might be a pain. No way I would ever want a house that had something like that. |

That is insane!
I don't even know if I'd trust the parking brake on a car to repeatedly hold a vehicle at that angle...
I don't know what the climate is, but there are trees without leaves so it is someplace that at least gets a little bit of a change of season. Can you imagine if they ever got even a little bit of freezing rain? No way you could ever get up your driveway!
Also think of all the potential lawsuits from having somebody fall (and then continue to roll down) that driveway... |

Maybe they are halfway houses for people addicted to ski-jumping.
And the garages look too small for a Hummer.

Actually it seems like the best way to keep the mother-in law away. When are they putting in the electric fence and the pit bulls?

They could be for people with one of their eyes located on their forehead. When they see the house sideways, it'll look straight.

Maybe after dugging the backyard for a swimming pool they had extra dirt and instead of halling it away they thought the owners wouldn't notice.

Looks like a lot of the new houses around here. Everyone drives at least an SUV, if not a pick-up and we never get cold weather... |

In a civilized place the building code would prevent this. |

Oh, my, this would not work here in Toronto. Can you imagine in winter with a foot of snow or two inches of ice on the road? I guess then they have to park on the street and use the garage as a storage place...
My son would love it though. Skateboard ramp galore :-))
