It's not New Year's Eve yet, of course the party's not over!

I think, if I recall rightly, the history started with the pillowfight thread, but there was concern about the younger members coming in, unawares, since pillowfights don't always stay too innocent :) The bar was opened so that anyone who didn't want to frequent bars knew to keep their distance, and we miscreants had a hangout where we could let it hang out.
