Since a bunch of other people have gotten answers from technically knowledgeable people, I thought I'd put out a plea for anyone who is familiar with oscommerce and desires to help me before my computer takes up new residence on the driveway.
Specifically, (at least for right now) I'm looking for help with the shipping modules and a way to provide free shipping on certain items and either a scale rate or per item with discount for subsequent items rate.

Yeah, that mk there? That's me :) I'm working on installing that now, although based on some other threads I've read about this contribution, I'm not convinced it's the proper answer.
