OK all not necessarily the greatest picture in the world, but for me a big step forward as all the PP was done on photoshop (ps6) having followed a tutorial written a couple of years ago by  Bear_Music. Anyone new to PS I would recommend this unreservedly (any mistakes are down to the pupil rather than the teacher)
Your thoughts especially on the PP and what I did right/wrong are very very welcome

Sorry folks, dragging up from the basement for the minute - have some good new ones, but am not sure if they will be useful in other ways so will show you some old ones revisited - another from the 30 days Where I live challenge.

Sorry, forgot I wanted to respond about what I'm doing here. I don't have time right now to shoot (which is really frustrating), so I'm pulling existing images, many from prior side-challenges such as "where you live" and "minimal editing" and working them in B&W. I haven't posted these before (even in color), so hopefully that's enough within the "no rules" spirit of the thread. In any event, I had to start learning B&W conversion because the D50 doesn't shoot B&W.

I'm tryign to catch up with everybody. Haven't had time to shoot or even get on the computer, so I'm sorry about not keeping up with commenting. So I'm using stuff that is old and haven't processed. I also got my scanner to work so some things may be film based. When it is I'll let you know. Here are days 8 and 9.
