It would be lovely if we had a way to replace the display image that goes along with our print files when they are trashed by the resizing process that is in place.
The current process on DPCPrints that creates the image that the potential buyer sees often times introduces a lot of jpg artifacting and other anomolies that make the image look very undesirable.

I'd be willing to prepare and submit my own preview and thumbnail images. DPC can just set maximum dimensions just like for entries.
The "Upload Printable File" link could go to a page with three upload fields; Printable, Preview, and Thumbnail; if either/both of the latter two are blank, DPC can go ahead and generate default files as usual, But if there's entries there, it "ought" to be possible to upload and rename those images to work instead. |
