I edit my photos with PSP. I was wondering if anyone knows if "Clarify" is legal in the basic editing rules?

I have used it yes and none of mine have been dq'd. As long as you use it on the entire photograph.

We have talked about this tool before, and I can't remember what was said. :/ Let me dig a bit for an "official" answer.

Yes it's legal. Ursula has used it on many ribbon wining photos(basic editing).
