I kind of like this snapshot of my son and was wondering if someone could clone out the arm on the right and just make the picture look better in general? I have not mastered this tool and I'll just make a mess out of it. Thank you. |

Could someone please fix this? would have been a much nicer subject line...
Anyway, a couple quick fixes:
and
(kinda' funny to open the original and the color edit in separate
windows and switch between them to see the changes - presto-chango!)

I did not even think of B/W. Kicking cleanup there Brad. I think we used some of the same ideas. |

Very nice work Brad and James. I really like the black and white version as well. Thank you for taking the time to do this. I appreciate it.
Alecia
btw....
You are absolutely correct about the subject line and I apologize. I wasn't really thinking when I typed it. |

Yup - good thing the left sleeve was stretchable cotton/polyester and conformed real well as a right sleeve,
with a bit of persuasion that is..

Since I saw that you were in pretty good hands as to how to correct the photo "normally," I decided to take the chance that you have a good sense of humor.
Here's my version titled, "Cool! Can We Come Out And Ride The Earthquake Every Day?" :}
Not much to this fun little "playtime"...I used Magic Wand Tool to separate out the baby, then I created a new layer with the baby. I cloned out the arm. Finally, I used Radial Blur set at level 3.
(I work in PS Elements 4.0.)
I thought about putting a caption under the photo, too, that reads, "The name's Bond. Baby Bond. I'm your little bambini. I'm shaken, but not disturbed." :}
