I have a comment to that effect. It seemed to me that the commenter failed to perceive the correctly understood anachronism present in the picture. But I would say that, wouldn't I. |

| I would much rather score the photo then split hairs over what the true definition in my opinion is...We all know what opinions are like,,,and we all have one. Maybe there is a debate team website..?? |

Well here it is. Though I suspect that even if it holds up it will go into my collection of ribbonless 7+ scoring images. There are a handful of images that I expect to be scoring better than mine - dangit.

Tim, from the scores I've seen posted elsewhere on this challenge you're a contender, me, I just dream of the elusive 7.+ score...hope springs eternal in the hearts of fools!!! LOL. Good luck!!!!

Sigh. Apparently, by the comments I'm getting, if I had made mine more obvious I'd be doing a lot better.
Shame on my for being subtle.
Frustrated but I saw it coming. I had an outtake that was more obvious but I decided against it. I am doing well. This will def knock one of my photos off my front page... it's about time! |

I wasn't expecting much of anything on my entry (5.0ish). I put it in not because it is a great photo, but because I got a chuckle out of it and hoped my fellow DPCers would as well. And I have been rewarded with a photo on the sunny side of 5.5. Thanks for the views, the votes and the comments!

This is the only challenge in which I'm not disappointed with my score, and which isn't pulling down my mediocre average.

| I am still over 7 but not as high as I had been. I am just hoping to keep it after rollover. Thoughts of a ribbon have gone by the wayside. |

A good score for me, but I'm quite unimpressed with this challenge. it was full of shots that just meet the challenge and do nothing else. Only a handful of good shots, which I gave comments to. |

Yes, but you did great. Congrats on your 4th place.
As for discussions above on what is or is not an anachronism, I'd say it was a moot point in some cases, as many voters were clearly as confused as some photographers on the definition! :-D |
