Well, not really, but this is the rant section so it fits. They suck right now because my brand new 24" Imac was supposed to arrive yesterday. But is it here? No! Where is it, then? They have no idea! The last tracking info was when it left California several days ago, and that's the last tracking info they have. I called yesterday and spoke to a very nice lady who tried to be as helpful as possible. They were supposed to put a trace on it and call me back. Well, that was yesterday and still no call, no tacking update on their site, and NO NEW IMAC IN MY HOUSE! I'm sure it will be straightened out and I'm sure it will get here soon. But when you anticipate getting something on a particular day and you instead get zippo, it sucks!
Thanks for listening,
-Don |

I hear ya. I live in a shipping black hole. I can't remember the last time I got a package on time. |

I once had an experience with FedEx for a delivery of something that cost $9.00. The driver just would not leave it. I waited for him and missed him. Lost a day of work and still not delivered. I called and groaned and complained. Finally after the 3rd failed attempt I called Fed-ex and told them that if they could not deliver it the next day they better send it UPS. It got delivered the next day.LOL! |

Pixl....send me the tracking number. I'll see what I can do.
Banmorn....if the shipper sends the package 'signature required' and the driver leaves it there, he/she could lose their job. If the pkg cost $9, it was probably FedEx Ground....which is another story in itself.

I've found it easier to call the Fed-Ex office and have them hold packages for pickup as opposed to having them bring it to the house and find no one home to sign for it. |
