I'm looking forward to getting in on this WPL action, so I'm declaring myself an unrestricted free agent for WPL5 whenever it starts. I'll have been around for about a year when season 5 kicks off, so while I'm not a seasoned veteran, I bring plenty of DPC experience to the table. I'm consistently scoring well lately, so I can also provide a solid 2nd line scoring threat.

Yes, while testing the free agent market I will make as many references to hockey free agency as possible.

On another note, while reading up on the WPL, I couldn't help but notice that Team Pentax won WPL1. Are there any intrepid Pentaxians willing to band together and challenge for the glory once again?

Actually we got pipped at the post by "The Magnificent 7"

There were rumours that the combined Scandinavian governments with the help from Canon themselves, bribed DPC and Scott into including an extra challenge where the "Mag 7" scored an average of 7.xx.
Pentax Imaging Company, tried to offer a counter bribe to have the inclusion of that challenge overturned but their previous years profit after tax meant they could only offer USD $1.85.

History shows the "Mag 7" won the inaugural season of WPL but conspiracy theories are still mentioned in whispered tones throughout photography circles around the world.

As for Season 5....

Count me in...its time for some payback!
