i noticed many nude shoots on here..how exactly do you go about asking/hiring someone to model for you? without it being awkward..
03/19/2007 08:50:03 PM · #2
Deleting because IMO you should be 18 to shoot nude models.

Sorry didn't realize you were that young.

Isn't that against site policy?

Seems like SC should be told.

Its not a big deal, I'm sure. Site Council should be able to help you close one. Its against site policy to have more than one account because of the nature of our challenges.

Yup they can do that. Use the Help button up top and choose contact site council. :)

Wow what a tricky topic. 15 shooting nude models, It sounds so wrong, Yet. What exactly is wrong with it? Your tool of choice is a camera. If it were a paintbrush in an art class, would anyone complain? would it still be so wrong? I think more people would accept it. Which would lead me to ask, What is the difference between painting and photographing? If it is your expression of the art your age has no real impact. I think it is pretty cool that a 15 year old is interested in nude models for a reason other than the traditional. But to be on the safe side. I think this question would be better addressed to one of your parents or an adult you can 100% trust -vs- an internet forum.

Hmmm. I would say that since nude photos of someone your age would (and should) be illegal, you're going to have a tough time convincing an older model. Stick to portraits and landscape. You're not even legally old enough to look at pictures of naked women.
