Get over it... what a concept. Me... I need to get over smoking cigarettes, eating things that taste good but are bad for me, and letting my job follow me home every night. These aren't my decisions...they are my doctor's. I go in for multiple bypass surgery within the next week to 10 days. Guess then that I will also have to 'get over' the pain, the scar and all else that goes with it. But anyways... I plan to soon get over the "Is this good enough to enter into the DP Challenge" problem I have with my prints. :)

Oh, Mike, I do hope everything goes okay with the surgery and that you recover quickly. All of that quitting your doc recommends sounds horrible, but you will appreciate every bit of it.

[quote=idnic] Today is the second annual "Get over it day"

What do you need to just get over? I'm over the last boyfriend and over habitually saying yes when I really mean NO. :P [/quote

Ok a serious one. Getting over the fact that my IT group blew up our transactions by multiplying them multiple times requiring about a month and a half of OT to fix it. After they told me everything would go smoothly. , Im over it.

My Dad had a quaduple 15 years ago and my Uncle a triple bypass this year. Heart surgery has come so far, and both are feeling way better than prior to the surgery. Hang in there.

I am over the shock that I am going to be 50 this year. At the first of the year I kept thinking..OMG! I'm gonna be 50! I'm old!
But there's nothing I can do about it and really I still feel young so...I'm over it!

I'm over feeling dumb...

I took up a career path in uni for the challenge it would provide ... what I didn't know was that it really would challenge me and bring forward all those problems I lack the capacity to handle no matter how hard I work..

Now comes the problem.. What should I be getting over next year.. being a quiter or regrets that I didn't quit while I could..

I´m over the long-cold-dark wintertime here in iceland (i'm saying that, while it's snowing outside...)!
even started again taking photos with my camera not set to 30 sec or bulb...;D
so you will soon be over with all those night- and northern light photos!
i promise...soon...;)

Putting aside the fancy name it's just computer engineering.. The circuits and math and even the programming is easy.. It's the general logic needed in the courses that has completely eluded me... :S
