i'm thinking we kidnap him, lock him in a basement for a few weeks and give the rest of the community a chance at winning a few ribbons!! :)

I think it would be easier to bribe his kids with cash and candy to refuse to pose for his photos. That wouldn't stop him but could slow him down a few steps.
