Fujifilm here in Japan mailed me with these 4 flashes saying they would all work well with the S9500
Panasonic PE-36S
Panasonic PE-381SG
SunPack POWER ZOOM 5000AF
SunPack B3000S
At a camera shop I went to, I was told the Panasonic PE-36S would be my best bet. This would be about 250 USD.
Any comments, advice?

Sort of. This time I have a list of flashes that weren't mentioned in the post. These are the flashes I have available to me here in Japan and were recommended by Fujifilm themselves. I can't buy on ebay without paying a ton more for shipping. I was hoping for input on these 4 flashs only. I'm not one to double-post, but I thought it deserved it's own thread since no one was posting in the last thread on flashes and the question is different.

cross the powerzoom 5000 of the list its a very advanced flash usually used dedicated cameras go with the other sunpak they are anexceptionally good make
