That's funny! Are you sure it was a statue?

hah thanks everyone. i thought it was a trip. i'd give anything to go back to this zoo sometime. it was the best zoo i've ever been to, VERY nice. it's a photographer's dream setup, everywhere. the penguin tank was amazing, everything. i'll post all my pictures from the zoo. in a minute and come back with a link to the gallery
thanks again, glad everyone got a laugh out of it.

Here is one that I got when my wife and I were at Dreamworld on the Gold Coast last year, the tiger is a full size statue of the biggest tiger they have there, Sultan. And it's me clowning around.

Here is one of my St. Louis Zoo statue shots.
I don't feel like hunting down the shot in my books so I thought I would grab the link to my DA gallery instead. This is one of the earlier of my shots so I did a really cheesy blur on the face of the child. but oh well.

Your photos are beautiful, so clear and crisp. I really like the ones where you can see the snow falling.

too funny...I like the "Something fishy..." image too lol.
We were playing putt putt golf in Piegon Forge Tennessee and they have a fake alligator with it's mouth open wide, we had one of the kids lie down in it and he made a scared face as we took the picture...it looked pretty close to real. lol |

I live a five minute walk from the STL zoo. That fact alone is making me wish I had a good telephoto lens.
